Where does birdblocker.shop ship?

BirdBlocker.shop ships worldwide. For Europe and the UK the order & shipping process is automated. For other locations, please contact [email protected] for a quote.

What are the shipping costs?

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If no shipping costs are calculated or your purchase exceeds 47 boxes, please contact us at [email protected] and we are happy to supply you with a quote.

When will my order be shipped?

We take great care to ensure all products offered are always sufficiently in stock. Our order system is fully automated This means that small orders typically leave our warehouse the next working day. For larger orders and pallet shipments our average dispatch time is two working days. For orders of 5 pallets and over, we will inform on custom lead times but strife for under 5-working day dispatch, regardless.

How long does shipping take?

We cannot guarantee the transit times of our carriers, only share our experiences. Orders up to 47 boxes are usually shipped with UPS, unless pallet shipment is cheaper. This depends on your location.

Shipping terms / Incoterms

BirdBlocker.shop ships on DAP Incoterms by default. We can offer FCA and EXW on demand. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions or specific requests regarding the Incoterms.

for EU orders

Even though we do not guarantee their shipping conditions, in our experience with UPS shipments, 1-2 working days after dispatch within Europe are realistic. Pallet orders are completely dependent on location and carrier. In our experience the most remote European/EU destinations have a maximum transit time of 5 working days.

UK orders

Because the United Kingdom is one of our key markets, we have selected our carriers based on their logistical performance and specialization. Our location next to the port of Hoek van Holland and only minutes away from the ferry to Harwich helps in serving customers from Great Britain. Because BirdBlocker products are produced in the Netherlands, they are of ‘prefered’ origins. Typically no duties/customs are owed or can be reclaimed. For British customers, BirdBlocker.shop is like ordering nationally.

For parcel orders, we use UPS. The transit times are 1-2 working days, depending on customs. UPS demands payment of duties, which typically can be reclaimed. The payment of these duties largely defines the actual delivery time.

For pallet orders we have a preferred partner and UK specialist. They not only provide transit, but have all imports/customs integrated. For this purpose they act as your direct representative. This results in extremely quick transit times and prevents paperwork and liability on both ends.

Non EU orders

For customers outside of the EU, we can only indicate the dispatch times. We request quotes for shipping per order for your delivery locations. Customers are always liable for duties, taxes and/or additional charges resulting from delay or deviations from the standard shipping quote.
